VI. The fostering in our people of a deep sense of responsibility and self-reliance

Ásatrú promotes strong, vigorous, people who are the masters of their own destiny. Though many may stand against us, we are no one’s victim. Our Æsir would see us victorious; they would have us follow their example and grow in power, awareness, and responsibility, exercised in wisdom.

Ásatrú, aka the Asatru Folk Assembly, is a calling to those that instinctively embrace strength and vigor. Dressing up and prancing around like we are still in the time of our pre-Christian ancestors is an insult to the Æsir and our Ancestors. Our ancestors embraced advancements in all areas of their lives. Blood memory is there in all of our Folk. The majority, however, aren't sure where or how to get there or may not even know what it is, just that it's there. We are not a people that has ever embraced weakness and mediocrity. Not until recent times, after millennia of conditioning to take our strength away as one of, if not the most advanced races on the planet, based off of the advancements the Aryan race has contributed to the world, has this lethargy really been noticed. Those that stand against us ARE the problem with this world, and to their dismay we will keep growing stronger and victorious, set by the examples of the Æsir and our Ancestors, neither of which tolerated self-hate, weakness, or being a victim. They honored strength, wisdom, and growth in all areas of life. Always value strength over weakness.

Der Stärkere hat immer Recht.
